The Green Lane Faster journeys. No queues. No friction.
A biometric immigration animation that made the absence of friction visible.
For GDRFA Dubai and Emaratech, Tiny Big Things produced a promo animation introducing The Green Lane a streamlined immigration pathway at Dubai Airport built on facial recognition, with no document scanning and no e-gate stop.
The film translated a piece of operational infrastructure into a clear, traveller-facing brand story making frictionless immigration feel like the natural next step in Dubai's reputation for world-class travel.
Dubai Airport handles over 90 million passengers a year. A new immigration system needs to be understood at a glance by frequent flyers, first-time visitors, and government stakeholders without diluting the credibility of the underlying technology.
The challenge was to make the absence of friction visible, when the whole point of the product is that there is nothing to do.
Tiny Big Things produced a 3D animation built around a single visual device: a green line cutting through the airport floor, gliding past queues and e-gates as the traveller simply walks through.
By turning a technical workflow into a single continuous motion, the film positioned The Green Lane as the next chapter in Dubai's reputation for frictionless travel.
