Tawazun is a Dubai-built wellness app that brings tracking, natural remedies, community and partner benefits into one place, guided by its own AI, Nad. Tiny Big Things wrote, directed and produced its 90-second master brand film.

The film follows three people who use the same app and get three different answers from it. It was produced entirely with AI under human direction: three consistent leads, nineteen setups, nothing licensed from stock.

Every wellness app says it's personal. Very few prove it. The people Tawazun needs to reach are already carrying a handful of apps and scroll past the next one that makes the same promise.

Our first concept followed one person through a single day. The client wanted each part of the product to read clearly, so we rebuilt the idea around a harder question: why should anyone believe one app can be personal to everyone who uses it? The answer had to come from evidence on screen, without turning into a feature tour.

Three lives, cut in parallel so the viewer is always comparing: Yousif, a runner training for the Dubai Marathon; Sara, a founder who works from home and keeps a steady practice; and Emma, a traveler running on two time zones and no spare hour.

The film opens brandless, in cold blue light and handheld frames, on three phones scattered with apps that don't talk to each other. At the turn, everything settles onto an unseen beam and comes level, and colour arrives for the first time. From there the camera is stabilised and the light is warm. The name means balance, so every transition in the edit is an act of balance.

Nad AI never speaks. It appears only as a short line of type answering a life it has clearly been paying attention to. The film closes on three Wellness Scores that don't match, all of them in balance, before the tagline lands: Balance, engineered around you.

Each lead was locked as a character reference before a single scene was generated, so faces, wardrobe and build hold across every setup. The opening sequence, where the apps resolve into the Tawazun mark, was built in code rather than generated, which gave us frame-accurate control over the most important beat in the film.

Phone screens stay blank in camera. The app's real interface was rebuilt as animated overlays in the brand's own palette and composited in post, so the product on screen is the product people download.

Alongside the master film, Tiny Big Things handed over the full editable project to Tawazun's marketing team, ready for cutdowns, verticals and asset reuse across launch channels.
