Tilal Sweihan 2030: A vision built from almost nothing. A destination, fully realised.
AI video production in the UAE that carried a destination from idea to identity, ahead of the build itself.
For Al Ain Municipality, Tiny Big Things produced a cinematic brand film for Tilal Sweihan 2030: a desert masterplan combining an FIA and NHRA-accredited motorsport circuit with a residential, cultural, and lifestyle community.
An AI video production in the UAE built to carry the full promise of the destination before a single structure broke ground.
The project existed mostly on paper: a handful of static architectural renders, a masterplan, and a long-term vision. No drone footage. No built environment. No live people on site.
The challenge was to translate raw architectural intent into an emotional, cinematic world capable of earning buy-in from government, investors, and the public, from the thinnest possible source material.
An AI-native production pipeline, directed by Tiny Big Things' creative and artistic team in Dubai. Static renders were extended into full cinematic environments, populated with families, racers, cultural detail, and atmosphere.
Every scene was art-directed, prompted, and assembled with the same rigour as a traditional shoot. A full destination brand film in Arabic and English, delivered with zero shoot days. Proof that AI video production in the UAE can carry a vision from idea to identity ahead of the build itself.
